Evaporation treatment process for power plant desulfurization wastewater
The main component of magnesium desulfurization tailing liquid in power plant is magnesium sulfate, the general treatment method is to discharge the clear liquid after pressing and filtering to the sewage station for treatment, but this treatment increases the waste water discharge and causes the waste of magnesium sulfate resources, evaporation process can be taken to evaporate and crystallize the desulfurization waste water to turn waste into treasure.
But in the evaporation crystallization process, the following points need to be considered:
① the selection and addition amount and reaction time of desulfurization chemicals in the process of desulfurization liquid removal;
② process parameters such as evaporation temperature, concentration and steam consumption of magnesium sulfate;
③ magnesium sulfate crystallization temperature, supersaturation degree, mesostasis interval, time, pH value, etc;
④the relationship between the number of cycles of absorption of desulfurization liquid and the concentration of magnesium sulfate;
⑤ magnesium sulfate products meet the standard requirements.
Firstly, for the analysis of heavy metals in desulfurization liquid, the heavy metals are mainly: Ni, Cu, Fe, Pb, Zn, As, etc., but the concentration is low;
Secondly, the main components of the flue gas desulfurization liquid were analyzed, among which the salt is mainly the content of MgSO4, MgSO3 and Mg(HSO3)2, and the pH value is about 4-7.
Again, for the evaporation of desulfurization liquid, the evaporation process is carried out directly by thermal crystallization, and the concentration of magnesium sulfate is enhanced during the evaporation and concentration process, and the heating is continued until complete dehydration, which can eventually produce anhydrous magnesium sulfate, but the preparation process of anhydrous magnesium sulfate requires a higher temperature, above 200 ℃, with higher evaporation requirements and higher actual production costs.
By the way of evaporation concentration + cooling crystallization, the content of magnesium sulfate is increased to reach the supersaturation point of crystallization, and then the magnesium sulfate is completely crystallized by cooling down the temperature, which can produce magnesium sulfate products with crystalline water.
Through "evaporation concentration + cooling crystallization", magnesium sulfate heptahydrate can be extracted from the desulfurization waste liquid, and the evaporator can choose MVR evaporator or multi-effect evaporator at this time. Again, due to the cold crystallization of material, some impurities are also mixed into the salt, resulting in low purity of salt, through relevant information and field test, take magnesium oxide to adjust PH to alkaline (help heavy metal ion precipitation), add sodium sulfide to remove impurities, to ensure the quality of sodium sulfate salt; finally, the control time of cold crystallization is 12h, cooling temperature is about 35-40 ℃, cold crystallization effect is good.
