Tubular heat exchanger

The tube heat exchanger is the most widely used heat exchanger in chemical production and evaporator. It is mainly composed of shell, tube plate, heat exchanger tube, head, baffle plate and so on. The required material can be selected according to the material, the column tube mainly includes: carbon steel, 304, 316L, 2205, TA2 and other materials. In the heat exchange, a fluid from the head of the connecting tube at the entry, in the tube flow, from the other end of the head of the exit tube out, which is called the tube process; the other fluid from the shell of the receiver into, from the shell of the other receiver out, which is called the shell process.

Tube heat exchanger structure is relatively simple, compact, inexpensive, but outside the tube can not be mechanically cleaned. Plate heat exchanger

Plate heat exchanger is a series of metal sheets with certain corrugated shape stacked and formed into a highly efficient heat exchanger. A thin rectangular channel is formed between the various plates, and heat is exchanged through the plates. Plate heat exchanger is an ideal equipment for heat exchange of liquid-liquid and liquid-vapor. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and light structure, small floor space, wide application and long service life. In the case of the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than that of tubular heat exchanger, covers an area one-third of that of tubular heat exchanger, and the heat recovery rate can be as high as 90% or more.
