Rubber accelerator wastewater treatment project
Promoter wastewater contains a large amount of hard-to-biodegrade organic matter, and its hard-to-biodegrade is mainly due to three reasons: first, because the wastewater contains a large number of structurally stable heterocyclic compounds, whose own chemical composition and structural stability make it resistant to degradation; second, because the wastewater contains a large number of toxic substances, which are not only difficult to degrade themselves, but also seriously inhibit the degradation of other easily biodegradable organic matter by microorganisms; and Thirdly, the wastewater contains high salt content to seriously inhibit the degradation ability of microorganisms to organic matter.
For rubber accelerator wastewater, according to the principle of wastewater separation treatment which can be mainly divided into four categories:
Sulfur-containing wastewater, with sulfide content of about 1000mg/L;
High concentration wastewater, containing a large number of aniline and heterocyclic heteroclinic compounds, with high concentration of organic matter and CODcr up to 25000mg/L;
high-salt wastewater, with salt content up to 20% extremely unfavorable to microbial growth, low concentration of organic matter and CODcr around 2500 mg/L;
Other medium and low concentration wastewater, with lower salt content, microorganisms can adapt by domestication, and lower concentration of organic matter, COD around 1800 mg/L.
For high saline water, the evaporation process is used, and the evaporated condensate is cooled down to enter the subsequent biochemical system, which can also dilute the pollutant concentration and reduce the burden of biochemical treatment.
