Process Introduction

The plant water is mixed and then biochemically treated to reduce the organic matter ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater, the effluent is treated by ultra-filtration, reverse osmosis and high-pressure reverse osmosis, the produced water is returned to the plant for recycling, and the final concentrated water is evaporated and crystallized, most of the water in the whole process is reused, and only a small amount of sludge and crystallized salt is discharged from the system, thus achieving the purpose of zero discharge of water reuse.
