Zero Discharge Wastewater Treatment
(I) Zero Discharge Concept
Zero discharge of wastewater refers to the industrial water after reuse, through the wastewater treatment process, the pollutants in this part of the wastewater containing salts and pollutants in high concentration, the effluent water is all recycled and reused; the salts and pollutants in the water are concentrated and crystallized or pressed and filtered waste residue in the form of solids is discharged from the plant to be sent to landfill in waste treatment plants or recycled as useful chemical raw materials, without any waste liquid discharged from the plant.
Zero discharge technology is a comprehensive application of membrane separation, evaporation crystallization and drying and other physical and chemical processes to concentrate solid impurities in the wastewater to a very high concentration, most of the water has been recycled, leaving a small amount of high salt and high organic matter mother liquor, you can choose the appropriate treatment process according to the specific circumstances of each enterprise, without discharging the system.

(C) Zero Discharge Process Flow
