MVR evaporator

A, MVR evaporation principle and classification

MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression technology (mechanical vapor recompression ), is the use of evaporation system itself to produce secondary steam and its energy, the low-grade steam through the mechanical work of the compressor to enhance the high-grade steam heat source for evaporation, so the cycle to the evaporation system to provide heat energy, thereby reducing the need for external energy of an energy-saving technology.

MVR membrane evaporator

The material is preheated by the preheater and then added from the heat exchanger tube box, and a uniform liquid film is formed along the inner wall of the heat exchanger tube, and the liquid film inside the tube is heated by the heating steam of the shell process in the flow process, and evaporates while flowing. The concentrated liquid in the material falls into the tube box, and the secondary steam enters the gas-liquid separator. In the gas-liquid separator, the liquid droplets entrained in the secondary steam are removed, and the pure secondary evaporation is conveyed from the separator to the compressor. The compressor compresses the secondary steam and conveys it as heating steam to the heat exchanger shell process for evaporator heat source to realize continuous evaporation process.

 

MVR forced circulation evaporator

MVR forced circulation evaporator is composed of heater, separator and forced circulation pump. Materials in the heat exchanger of the heat exchanger tube is heated by the heat exchanger tube outside the steam temperature rises, in the role of the circulation pump materials rise to the separator. Evaporation produces secondary steam overflow from the material, the material is concentrated to produce supersaturation and crystallization growth, lifting supersaturation of the material into the forced circulation pump, under the action of the circulation pump into the heat exchanger, the material so cycle constantly evaporate concentration or concentration of crystallization. The secondary steam in the crystal evaporation separator is purified by the separation and defoaming device in the upper part of the evaporation separator and conveyed to the compressor, and the compressor compresses the secondary steam and conveys it to the shell process of the heat exchanger for heating steam, so as to realize continuous evaporation of thermal energy cycle.

 

MVR plate evaporator

MVR plate evaporator is composed of plate heat exchanger, distributor and material pump. The materials are evenly distributed into the plate evaporator's plate group under the guidance of the distributor to ensure that there is no dry wall phenomenon in any piece. The form of evaporator can be made into the form of ascending film, descending film and forced circulation. Preheat unit

Evaporation unit

Auxiliary engineering unit
